POLICIES
Booking:
- Bookings are on a first come, first serve basis.
- I require a contract and a deposit in order to officially book my services and reserve a date and time.
- Please alert Briana when the contract and deposit have been sent out, and she will notify you when she receives them.
Deposit:
- A minimum 50% deposit of the total balance is required to reserve a date, time and service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Deposits are non-refundable and will be subtracted from the total balance due.
Payment in Full:- The final balance is due at least 2 weeks prior to the event unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
Accepted Forms of Payment:- Accepted forms of payment for deposits and final payments include checks (cashiers or personal) and money orders made out to Briana Nickas.
- However, any final payments due on the date of service(s) must be paid in CASH ONLY!
- Credit Cards are not an accepted form of payment unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
Rates:
- Please keep in mind that my rates are not set in stone - they are negotiable. If my rates do not fit within your budget, please let me know what services you need and what your total budget is, and I'll try to work within that amount. I'm always willing to try to work within one's budget!
- Rates are subject to change without notice unless specifically agreed upon in the client's contract.
Travel Fee:- A Travel Fee may apply depending on the location...
- Within 25 miles of zip code 90045 = included (no extra charge) - 25-35 miles of zip code 90045 = $20 extra - 35-45 miles of zip code 90045 = $35 extra - 45-55 miles of zip code 90045 = $50 extra - Over 55 miles from zip code 90045 = please contact Briana for rateParking Fees:- Balances do not include any parking/valet expenses Briana incurs on day of service. Briana must be reimbursed for parking fees in cash (please have extra cash on you for this on the day of service) or with validation upon her arrival.
Cancellations:- Cancellations can be made up to 30 DAYS before the date of service.
- If you cancel between 30 DAYS and 2 WEEKS prior to the date of service, you will be charged 50% of the total quoted rate.
- However, if you cancel within 2 WEEKS prior to service date, you will be charged 100% of the total rate quoted.
